Shipping Information

At ThrowVibe, we take pride in crafting personalized sports gear that fits your team’s spirit perfectly. Because every item is made-to-order, we want to be transparent about how long it takes to get from our production to your doorstep.

1. Production & Processing Time

Since our products are custom-made (printed, cut, and sewn just for you), please allow us time to create your gear with the highest quality.

  • Production Time: 3 - 5 business days.

  • Note: During high-volume seasons (like holidays), production may take an additional 1-2 days.

  • Fulfillment Center: Orders ship from our fulfillment center at 3425 W Kingsley Rd Unit B, Garland, Texas 75041, United States.

  • Order Cut-off Time: Orders placed before 2:00 PM CST on business days will begin production the same day.

2. Shipping Times & Rates 

Once your order leaves our facility, estimated delivery times are as follows:

  • United States (Domestic):

    • Standard Shipping: $8.99 | 7 - 12 business days after production.

    • Express Shipping: $35.99 | 5-8 business days after production.

    • Free Shipping: We offer FREE Standard Shipping on all orders over $100.

  • International Orders:

    • Selected Regions (Canada, Mexico, UK, EU & AUS):
      Standard Shipping: $9.99 | 10 – 20 business days after production.

    • Rest of World:
      Standard Shipping: $12.99 | 10 – 20 business days after production.

    • Free Shipping: We offer FREE Standard Shipping on all orders over $100.
  • Note: Total Delivery Time = Production Time + Shipping Time.

3. Order Tracking

As soon as your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 24-48 hours for the carrier's system to update the tracking status.

4. Customs & Duties (International Only)

For international orders, customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes imposed by their country. These fees are not included in our shipping charges.

5. Shipping Partners

We partner with reliable carriers (USPS, UPS, DHL, etc.) to ensure your package arrives safely. If you have any issues with your delivery, please contact our support team at cs@throwvibe.com.

🚨 Address Errors & Lost Packages

  • Entered the wrong address? Contact us within 12 hours of placing your order, and we'll fix it.
  • If an incorrect address is provided and the package is lost as a result, we are unable to offer a refund or replacement.
  • If your package is marked as "Delivered" but isn't in your hands, please check with neighbors, your local post office, or contact the carrier.
  • For packages lost during transit (with tracking confirmation), contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date.

📅 Holiday Shipping

  • During major holidays (especially November-December), production and shipping times may be extended.
  • We recommend placing holiday orders at least 3-4 weeks in advance to ensure timely delivery.
  • We'll post holiday shipping deadlines on our website and social media accounts.
