Refund Policy

We want you to love your custom gear! If you're not completely satisfied, we're here to help. Our policy is designed to be fair and transparent for all our custom-made products.


1. Return Eligibility

We offer a 30-day return window, meaning you have 30 days from the delivery date to request a return, replacement, or refund.

Eligible Reasons

  • The item arrives damaged or defective
  • You receive an incorrect item, size, or design
  • There is a manufacturing or print quality error
  • The product received is materially different from what was ordered

2. Conditions for Returns

To be eligible for a return (if required), items must:

  • Be unused, unwashed, and unaltered
  • Be in original condition
  • Be accompanied by proof of purchase (order number)
  • Include clear photos or videos showing the issue

Important:
For defective or incorrect items caused by our error, returns are usually not required. We may issue a refund or replacement without asking you to send the item back.


3. Non-Eligible Cases

Due to the made-to-order nature of our products, we do not accept returns for:

  • Personalized or custom-made items (names, custom text), unless defective
  • Items damaged due to misuse, washing, or normal wear
  • Orders where the wrong size or design was selected by the customer
  • Requests submitted after 30 days from delivery
  • Sale items or gift cards

4. Return & Refund Process

Contact Us

To initiate a return, please contact us at cs@throwvibe.com within 30 days of delivery and provide:

  • Order number
  • Description of the issue
  • Clear photos showing the problem

We will review your request and provide return instructions if applicable.

Return Shipping Costs

If the return is due to a defective, damaged, or incorrect item caused by ThrowVibe, we will cover the return shipping cost.

For returns due to change of mind, incorrect size selection, or any non-defective reason, the customer is responsible for the return shipping cost.

We do not charge any restocking fees.

5. Refund Processing Timeline

Once your returned item is received and inspected (if a return is required), we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note that your bank or payment provider may take additional time to process and post the refund to your account.


6. Delivered but Not Received

If tracking information shows an order as "Delivered" but the package was not received, customers must first contact the shipping carrier. Refunds or replacements are not guaranteed once delivery is confirmed.


7. Order Cancellation

Orders may be canceled within 2 hours of placement, before production begins. After production starts, cancellations are not possible.
