Apparel Care (T-Shirts, Polos, Jerseys)
Washing Instructions
- Machine wash cold with similar colors
- Use mild detergent (free of bleach and fabric softeners)
- Turn garments inside out before washing to protect printed designs
- For best results, wash on a gentle cycle
- Do not use bleach or harsh chemicals
Drying Instructions
- Tumble dry on low heat or hang to air dry (preferred)
- Remove promptly from dryer to minimize wrinkles
- Do not use high heat as this may damage the fabric and printed designs
- Do not iron directly on printed areas
Storage
- Store folded in a drawer or hung in a closet
- Avoid prolonged exposure to direct sunlight which may fade colors over time
- For jerseys with numbers/letters, fold carefully to avoid creasing these elements
Hat Care
Washing Instructions
- Spot clean with a damp cloth and mild soap when possible
- For deeper cleaning, hand wash in cold water with mild detergent
- Do not put hats in the washing machine or dishwasher
Drying Instructions
- Allow to air dry naturally
- Shape the hat while damp to maintain its form
- Never put hats in the dryer
- To restore shape, you can place over a bowl or similar round object while drying
Storage
- Store in a cool, dry place
- For structured hats, store on a hat rack or flat surface
- Avoid stacking heavy items on top of hats
Material-Specific Care
Performance/Moisture-Wicking Fabrics
- Wash with similar synthetic fabrics
- Avoid fabric softeners which can clog the moisture-wicking properties
- Air dry when possible to maintain elasticity and performance features
Cotton Blends
- Cold or warm water wash is acceptable
- May shrink slightly in first wash - consider sizing accordingly
- Can be tumble dried on low heat
Embroidered Items
- Turn inside out before washing
- Use a mesh laundry bag for extra protection
- Do not scrub embroidered areas directly
Maintaining Vibrant Colors
- Wash in cold water to prevent color fading
- Turn items inside out when washing and drying
- Remove from dryer promptly or air dry
- Store out of direct sunlight when not in use
Troubleshooting
If Colors Begin to Fade
This is natural over time, but you can slow the process by:
- Using color-protecting detergents
- Washing in cold water only
- Limiting exposure to direct sunlight
If Designs Begin to Crack
- Ensure you're washing in cold water
- Always turn items inside out when washing
- Avoid high heat when drying
- Consider air drying only
